Do you just cater to large scale events?
We will cater to your needs Whether you’re hosting a casual gathering at home, organizing a business meeting or event, or planning a special celebration at a venue, we have you covered.
Can you go into Amico Bakery to place an order?
Ventuno offers online and phone ordering, however if you prefer to place your order in person, you can most definitely go to Amico Bakery to do so.
How much notice do you require before the event to place my order?
Generally, we require a minimum of 24-48 hrs notice (tbc), however for a large scale event, it’s best to provide a minimum of 1-2 weeks notice (tbc)
Do I have to spend a minimum amount to place an order?
There is no minimum spend required for pick-up or delivery orders. However delivery fees apply regardless of the size of your order.
Do I have to order online or can I speak with someone to place my order?
You have the option to conveniently order online or call our dedicated phone number and our Catering Coordinator will gladly help you process the order over the phone.
I am unsure of what to order and how much food to order for my event, can someone help me with recommendations?
Most definitely, we can make menu recommendations or we can propose a sample menu based on the type of event and number of people. We’ll ensure your guests are impressed!
Do you deliver? Where do you deliver? What are the fees?
Yes, we do deliver. Fees are based on zones. You can view our zone map here.
Can you set up my food for display when delivered?
Currently we do not offer this service, however we hope to expand our catering services in the future.
What are your delivery hours?
We offer delivery 7 days/week from 8am – 8pm.
Do you provide tableware items?
Yes, you have the option to add it to your order. Our tableware package includes cutlery set, paper plate and cup. You can order in increments of 10. A fee applies.
Do you offer pick-up service?
Yes, we do offer pick-up service from Amico Bakery, located at 2889 Dufferin Street in North York. You can choose this service during online checkout or let our Catering Coordinator know if placing your order over the phone.
Do you provide reheating instructions?
Yes, A leaflet will be provided at delivery. You can also access the Reheating Instructions here.
Do you accommodate food allergies?
Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, fish or shellfish, therefore cross-contamination is beyond our control. Please advise us if you have an allergy or if your dietary restriction is a preference, and we will do our best to accommodate you but do not guarantee cross contamination will not occur.
What if I have to reschedule or cancel my order.
Orders cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48hrs notice will receive a full credit for any monies paid. The credit will be issued on a gift card and must be used within 6months. Notice less than 48hrs notice will forfeit any monies paid.
